Since the mid-80s, Richmond has been a key real estate market for RE/MAX. Our office opened in the mid-90s and immediately became a permanent magnet for people interested in a real estate career in Metro Vancouver. We are one of the top producing offices of RE/MAX Western Canada and have a good reputation both nationally and internationally.
The strength of our office is our REALTORS®. Our staff is committed to providing quality services which allow each REALTOR® to achieve the highest level of service to their buyers and sellers. We have carefully chosen our receptionist, our “Director of First Impressions”, the accountant who makes sure to get commission paid daily, our two conveyancers who keep the documentation flowing in a timely manner, and our broker load staff that get all our listings posted on a daily basis to the MLS® system.

My name is Richard Laurendeau and I was first licensed as a realtor in 1983, and have been in the Managing Broker role since 1995. I have been involved with the local Real Estate Boards’ efforts such as: Reciprocity (the feature that allows REALTORS® to share their listings’ data online), the agency task force, and for the past 17 years as a member of the Real Estate Board Professional Standards committee. I also donate some of my time as a trainer with the British Columbia Real Estate Association. I continually try to stay attuned to our Realtor’s experiences while dealing with day-to-day training and managing duties.
