We opened our first real estate office in 1990 in the Arbutus Shopping Center and our increasing growth pushed us to look for a new location. In 2012 we moved into our 6000 sqft facility in the exciting West Boulevard area of Kerrisdale. Our brokerage is now the perfect location for REALTORS who are looking for the best place to bring their Real Estate career to the next level. Our office has a highly visible ground floor location and it is bright, inviting and high-tech. Not to mention the fact that from here you can easily access coffee houses, fine dining, five golf courses and in 30 minutes you are at the local ski hills.
“Select Team” is how we baptized our team of Real Estate agents who decided to boost their career in Real Estate in one of the most beautiful areas of Greater Vancouver: Shaughnessy, Kerrisdale, West Point Grey, Kitsilano, the UBC Endowment Lands, False Creek, Dunbar and the Arbutus Corridor.
In the last few years a variety of Real Estate specialists chose to become part of our team; in this way at RE/MAX Select Properties we are highly specialized. The Broker
My name is Allison Cimoszko, I have been licensed to practice Real Estate for 15 years, and joined Select Properties 6 years ago. Initially I was brought on board to help agents grow their business through training and mentoring. With 15 years of solid field experience my position with Select grew naturally, being appointed Managing Broker in 2013. I enjoy the process of writing business plans with agents and helping in any way required to move their business forward with their end goal in mind. My door is always open to offer support and guidance, and our agents know and appreciate I am only a phone call or text message away!
